Two Heart Chakras?
Most traditions place the Lower Heart chakra in the chest right above the sternum. It is directly connected to the heart. It has its own polarity-free emotional body. Its sounds create images that lead to manifestation.
It is the seat of the soul in the tiny place within the sacred space of the Heart, the place of unity consciousness and unconditional love, “Heart Love”.
The Upper Heart chakra is located about 7 cm. higher, towards the throat chakras, near the physical thymus gland.
It is connected to the 2nd (sacral) chakra and the Right Hemisphere of the brain. Thus, love + emotions coming from this chakra are conditional: have a sexual orientation, and are based on a Duality consciousness.
Old traumas related to love and sex belong to this chakra. That’s why this chakra contains “Head Love”. It manifests a polarized creation pattern.

The heart chakras are vortices, activators of consciousness, but allow the Higher Mind to connect with the innocent 3-5 yr old Inner Child, a joyous being with tight bonds to Mother Earth and Nature, and operating within our sub-conscious.

The chakras act as converters + filters for the higher vibrational energies, which are electrostatic in nature. It converts and filters them into EM energy, which is what we are composed of and what we can assimilate.
The way to create through the heart is via a series of dreams about the image of what you desire. Then, just be and let the universe bring it to you.
Creating through the heart cannot be done without clearly expressing a deeply felt appreciation for the breathtaking, natural beauty of Mother Earth, as well as the astonishing, overwhelming night sky in a place, free from light-pollution.

The key activity here is to move the center of the physical heart’s torodial field about 2 inches toward the center of the body and the heart chakra. Then phase-lock it with the center of the external torodial field of the Merkaba, the chariot for multi-dimensional travel, controlled by the right hemisphere of the neocortex.
Then, the now sacred heart is in full control of everything, and you cannot move the center of your consciousness back to the head. It is permanently in the heart, unless your script calls for “falling” again, leaving again the “Garden of Eden”.
