The size of a pea, it is located in the <a href=\"?p=570\"><span style=\"color: #ffd700;\">geometric center<\/span><\/a> of the brain, behind the eyes, in a tiny cave near the <a href=\"?p=157\"><span style=\"color: #ffd700;\">Insular Cortex<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The body&#8217;s bio-rhythms are controlled by the pineal gland and the <a href=\"?p=572\"><span style=\"color: #ffd700;\">hypothalamus gland.<\/span><\/a> The pineal gland directs the body&#8217;s metabolism (thirst &amp; hunger), sexual desire, sleep patterns, and the <a href=\"?p=655\"><span style=\"color: #ffd700;\">biological clock<\/span><\/a> which determines our <a href=\"?p=387\"><span style=\"color: #ffd700;\">aging process<\/span><\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">A pathway from the retinas to the hypothalamus, called retino-hypothalamic tract, brings information about light and dark cycles to a region of the hypothalamus called the Supra Chiasmatic Nucleus (SCN). From here, nerve impulses travel via the <a href=\"?p=507\"><span style=\"color: #ffd700;\">SNS<\/span><\/a> to the pineal nerve and pineal gland. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_-JgeyMWZCw\" width=\"280\" height=\"155\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">When these impulses stop (when relaxing and visualizing or at night, when light no longer stimulates the hypothalamus), pineal inhibition ceases and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Melatonin\"><span style=\"color: #ffd700;\">melatonin<\/span><\/a> is secreted. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Science located another center for melatonin production in the retina. This implies that the eyes have their own built-in circadian timepiece. This system is distinct from the bio-clock in the SCN. Biologists could throw the retinal rhythms out of sync with other circadian cycles. They also found that they could set and reset the retinal clock even when the SCN was destroyed. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The abundant melatonin production in children appears to inhibit sexual development. With the onset of puberty, the production is reduced and the pineal gland begins to shrink until it is awakened. This gland is wired into the brain like the eye, via a \u201cphototransduction cascade.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"6px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The gland is filled with a fluid that has tiny crystals floating around in it, including calcite and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dimethyltryptamine\"><span style=\"color: #ffd700;\">DMT<\/span><\/a>. Fluor (in drinkwater), Al &amp; Mercury in chemtrails and vaccines depress the gland&#8217;s melatonin production.
