FLEXIBLE FOCUS

In Open-Focus Brain, Dr. Les Fehmi describes decades of neuro-feedback research results. He shows that shifting our visual attention from wide focus to narrow, changes the input from our field of observation, and consequently the neural-electrical patterns and chemical actions in our brains.

When the focus of Attention is very narrow, the feedback from the object observed can cause the brain to function in the fight, flight, or freeze mode. When we are no longer in danger we tend to remain in a narrow focus as a way of avoiding residual feelings of fear and anxiety.

This results in tense muscles, leading to oxygen deprivation in muscle cells everywhere, but more so in the face, neck and forehead. It also leads to repression and chronic avoidance of pain, which causes an immense drain of energy.

Permanently dissolving those pains will release tension, increase blood flow, and affect changes in the autonomic nervous system. This frees up energy for other things and allows for a more balanced individual being in the world.

Most personas or id-entities were created at moments of scarcity or pain. These parts of us like to keep the Spotlight Lens on narrow focus, so as to not feel the pain they carry.

The few parts of us not born in such states of being can easily switch back and forth between narrow or hard, and broad or soft, diffuse focus. They allow you to see both the object and its surrounding space with a more flexible focus.

However, humans have more senses, some of which, such…

  • The Brain’s expression

The 3 skull-brain layers intermingle and communicate via an extensive two-way network of nerves, linking thinking with emotions, like a contentious committee. The thinking part likes to think it is in the driver’s seat, but the older brain parts exercise much more control over that seat than we are aware of. Together they direct all…

  • Pain-Catcher = Impression?

Any Pain-Catcher whom I wish to address has its attention particles stuck on and is being some impression or sensation, because that’s the way it communicates its presence to me. Communication through an impression, is what links the Pain-Catcher via its Painbody to its creator. Any sensation felt, that is not the result of an…

Grids distribute appropriately all life-force energy, and provide blueprints of Consciousness itself, which become the templates that are needed for material Creation, etc. Grids are fractal (self-similar), holographic, and harmonic expressions of energy and consciousness that follow proportions defined by the principles of Sacred Geometry. They span the entire multidimensional universe. Our Physical Universe can…
