The emotional body is the storehouse of past emotions and emotional conditioning. It causes us to act against our better judgment. Then we feel guilty, which leads to suppression, ending up into indulgence and dis-ease.
A vicious cycle is created. However, it’s easy to break this vicious cycle with the right methods, like the ones we offer.
The old male ideal was the one who controls emotions and doesn’t show emotions. Today’s strong male is the one who dwells comfortably and responsibly in his emotional body.
The old female ideal was one of obedience and manipulative power. Today, the ideal woman is empowered to work for her own ends, while showing her core feminine emotional traits.
