Is Serious too sticky?

Can we lighten the seriousness of someone’s self-expression by appreciating the importance of what is said? Appreciation and importance, however, are not the same as seriousness.

Seriousness carries emotions such as fear, anger, etc. It is like glue that fixes attention. Appreciation plus Soft Focus Attention dissolves this glue and temporarily stops a never ending stream of thoughts/feelings.

Now, let’s go back to the spotlight lens. Energy is converted into light and back into energy in the object. What happens when light from our sun is directed through a lens on a piece of paper? It warms up and then goes up in flames.

What happens when a large group of people direct their attention at one individual? What happens when thousands of people direct their appreciation and attention toward a group of people on a stage? Who are the ones that feel more energized?

Gratitude is receptive energy. Proactively valuing someone or something is dynamic energy, because it engages the mind. So, for the next exercise, select a partner………….

One of you uses a narrow beam on the obstacle you wrote down. The other directs a broad beam at the partner and the space close around them! After the shift in attention, reverse the game.

Unlike any material substance or money, your Attention is the only means that noboby can ever take from you!

The fear of losing what you have often dominates your thinking and feeling about what to do or not to do! Thus,

Your Attention is the only Tool
to True Freedom and Independence!

  • Vacuum Domains?

Normally, super-small wormholes are highly unstable and are maintained only for the tiniest fractions of a second. Under certain conditions stable wormholes can organize themselves, which then form distinctive vacuum domains in which for example, gravity can transform into electricity. Vacuum domains are self-radiant balls of ionized gas that contain immense amounts of energy, able…

  • Roots of our Traumas?

If we are disconnected from our felt sense of belonging, our emotions are left floundering in a vacuum of loneliness.
