Perform CB+T silently on:

- Cranial bones,
- Ears,
- Eyes,
- C1-C7 vertebrae,
- Shoulders,
- Elbows,
- Wrists, Hands, Fingers,
- Knees,
- Ankles,
- Where does it hurt? Rate pain-level before and after applying hands (both opposite & besides each other),
- Add the Practices below, to accelerate the healing:
- Use Chakra Colors,
- Use Care & Compassion,
- Use Magnified Resonance,
- Practice AVI eye exercises,
- Practice Vortex Visualizations,
- Practice the AUM sound in the A=432 Hz pitch.
- Breath and draw in the energy of your STAR, via your solar plexus, to the Pineal and Pituitary glands, and then through your out breath to the bodily sensation.
