People are affected by shifts in Attention all the time, but most don’t realize that the changes in how they feel have to do with changes in the way they attend to thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
That is why a certain way of attending can quickly “burn” and dissolve certain types of pain and emotional stress and, as a result, causes widespread bodily improvements.
