About your Diet

Why a Diet of mostly
alkaline forming Foods ?

Our blood pH must stay within a very narrow range or serious illness and death can be the result! It has to be close to 7.4. Less than 7 is too acidic. More than 7 is too alkaline. The pH of distilled water is 7. pH stands for “potential Hydrogen”.

The body’s pH affects everything: Too acidic means that the blood contains too many Hydrogen ions and cannot deliver sufficient oxygen to all your cells to keep them healthy. Acids will then bond to alkaline minerals in our intra- and extracellular and lymph fluids, and become neutral salts.

If there are not enough alkaline minerals in the fluids to neutralize the acids, the body will steal sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium from vital organs and bones.

Excess acids will also be stored as crystals in newly formed fat cells in tissues and joints, causing damage to surrounding cells. Moreover, the body cannot effectively absorb vitamins, minerals and food supplements in order to remain alkaline.

This depletion causes reduced metabolism and chronic dis-eases, such as Gout, that may go undetected for years. Removing an inflammation with medications or other means is ONLY the 1st step. Naturally removing all excess acids in crystal & fluid form is a necessary 2nd step for a full cure.

The alkaline food chart enables you to create a diet that contains 70% alkaline (forming) foods to restore pH balance.

It’s not only what,
but also what cannot go with what!
