Testing your pH
By testing the acidity level of your urine, you can determine whether your body is eliminating a normal quantity of acids. If the acid excretion rate is higher than normal, the urinary pH will be more acidic. This is also an indication that the body is saturated and in an acid state.
Another indicator is the pH of saliva. A low pH reading indicates that the mineral reserves in your body are low, and are being used to buffer acids elsewhere.
An acidic body is the perfect terrain for microforms such as bacteria, yeasts, and fungi to grow. They flourish in the low oxygen levels. Then, they secrete their own acid waste products, which lowers your pH even further.
Because of this, we suggest the following:
- Buy pH strips, to test saliva and urine.
- Drink daily 1 oz filtered water per 1 kg body weight.
- Eat mostly foods that measure alkaline.
- Learn what not to eat together!
- Exercise your body for 1/2 hr per day.
- Practice ‘being Present” by feeling everything and everybody without expectation or judgment. Explore the effect your opinion and biases have on your ability to experience objects, people, feelings and ideas.
