Reaching the Heart

EXERCISE TWO:

Perform the c2C exhortation on every resistance or pain felt during this exercise.

  1. Move again to the throat area. Feel the soft tissue?
  2. When you feel OK, start moving to your physical heart.
  3. Can you see yourself moving towards your heart?
  4. When you reach the heart, move through the membrane into the heart itself.
  5. Hear and feel the heart beating. Feel the softness of the tissue surrounding you?
  6. Feel the difference between the hardness of the skull and the softness & sweetness of the heart tissue?
  7. Stay for no more than 5 minutes and return via the membrane to the throat area.
  8. Stop and feel the throat. Then continue back up to the head, facing your eyes.
  9. Can you feel the difference between being in the head versus being in the heart?
