Flexible Focus Attention

When we pay attention in a more flexible way by shifting from Object to Spatial, we are more accepting, comfortable, energetic, aware, healthy, productive and in the flow. This leads to more creativity, faith, empathy, productivity, etc.

You experience benefits of flexible focus by allowing yourself to become aware of the space between objects, their backgrounds, and foreground. Allow these spaces to become equally important as the objects.

If we pay attention in a flexible way, what we attend to does not accumulate or get stuck, because it is immediately experienced and then released. Becoming aware of the silence and the timelessness of the quantum space around the object, allows us to move into alternative forms of brain activity, where survival functions are not needed.

After awhile, ‘Attention shifting‘ becomes effortless and natural. Flexible-Focus permits us to move in and out of full rest. Using the principles of neurofeedback, this effective method allows our body to restore itself, reduce stress-related symptoms, and enhance well-being.

Flexible Focus Attention encourages awareness of how you attend to the wide array of sensory experiences. Learning to foster Attention that is nonexclusive and nonjudgmental allows the integration of experiences without causing trauma.
