Phase-synchronous α brain-waves

Flexible Focus Attention will lead you to
α frequency waves in all the major lobes of the brain. This allows fluid communications among different parts of the brain, including the corpus callosum, which is the connecting tissue between both brain halves. This improves effortless and natural functioning of the brain, like a successful team or symphony orchestra.

Phase-synchronous α brain-waves: waves that rise and fall in perfect timing and harmony. Cells work better together, which leads to synergistic cortical activities.

It improves memory, thinking, eyesight, hearing, and other senses. All tasks become easier and clearer than before. You will feel refreshed, clear, relaxed, and centered.

There is an association between α brain waves and a state of relaxed attentiveness. When you see the no-thingness between things there is a rapid increase in hi-amplitude α waves in the brain that are in synchronicity with each other.

It is a sensory-binding brain wave. Just feeling or just imagine feeling quantum space will have the brain respond immediately by producing whole brain synchronous α waves.

Some researchers believe that these type α brain waves are in fact gamma waves. Gamma waves were initially ignored before the age of digital EEG, as analog EEG is restricted to recording and measuring rhythms less than 25 Hz.

Research has shown that the parts of the brain, responsible for sense perceptions and voluntary action, become activated when we simply imagine objects and actions.
