Do many people look for acceptance, autonomy, and admiration before they orient their Attention toward a task?
Attention leadership contains 4 elements:
- Maintaining the Attention of their clients,
- Directing the Attention of those who follow them,
- Attracting the right kind of Attention to themselves,
- Focus on where your own quantum Attention particles are; be more conscious of the focus & depth of your own Attention, and be convinced that the issues of Attention are the most important ones for all involved.
Others seem to make Attention Allocation (AA) choices based on what they perceive their managers focus on. Therefore, tell others what you normally focus on, set AA goals, and ask others where they see you pay Attention to.
Do an audit regarding where management spends Attention on daily, where the others spend it on, where the others perceive mgmt spends their Attention energy on.
