Body Impressions

A/ Focus your Attention on the following procedure:

  • Focus your Attention on your body. Immerse yourself into it.
  • Expand this bodily awareness in every direction until you reach the outer limits.
  • Notice any impression or sensation somewhere in your body.
  • Run the c2C exhortation until you feel a subtle physical reaction.
  • Repeat the above steps until no more impressions are felt anywhere in your body.
  • You may doze off for awhile. Share the results with your trainer.
