Solar Discs of Identities

The Solar Plexus Chakra Discs:

Two overlapping Pentagonal Stars

used by both aspects of your Identities

Pick a resisted Identity, like “Poor as a church mouse” or “Kill-joy”. Then pick its desired polar opposite, “Rich as Croesus” or “Joyful, healthy, wealthy man”.

Visualize “Rich Croesus” or “Joyful Man” to be in the ‘driver-seat’. Verify that with a pendulum and muscle testing.

Then use the pendulim or muscle test to verify the direction of rotation of the 2 star-discs. Your perspective is always looking from your head down to your solar plexus.

A clockwise rotation creates a vortex, sucking stuff in. A counter-clockwise rotation creates a vortex, ejecting stuff.

To avoid manifesting experiences that relate to the resisted Identity (in the ‘driver-seat’), both disc vortices should run counter-clockwise from the top down.

To aid in manifesting experiences that relate to the desired Identity (in the ‘driver-seat’), the upper disc should rotate clockwise + the lower disc should rotate counter-clockwise.

When the pendulum or muscle tests indicate that your star-discs are now running in the desired direction for both Identities, perform the desire & resist feeling practice on them, in order to neutralize any unwanted dominant feeling, and balance both 5-pointed star discs.

If you have problems with this practice, you have blockages that need to be cleared.

Our weekend and week events are specifically designed to playfully facilitate this process.

  • Spiritual Awakening Dislike of People

The growing intolerance for social situations and other people during spiritual awakening is not a sign of depression, antisocial behavior, or moral failure. Rather, it is a natural, healthy, and necessary part of individuation—Carl Jung’s term for becoming one’s true, whole self. What feels like “disliking people” is actually a perceptual shift that makes inauthenticity…

  • Orgasm & Ejaculation

Orgasm and ejaculation are not one and the same event. Although they typically occur together, a man may have an orgasm without ejaculating, because an orgasm begins as a neurological event. After ejaculation, men enter a recovery phase called the refractory period. During this time, further ejaculation is physiologically impossible. An increased infusion of the…

CoQ10 is produced by the body. Your cells use CoQ10 as a source of natural energy. It’s used in the production of adenosine triphosphate, or…
