Main Objective (CF):

To acquire the Art of permanently releasing
conflicting feelings
about someone or something.

The Story of Stress:

  • your body creates the energy needed to act out the fulfillment of a desire.
  • When this physical process meets an obstacle in some-thing or some-one, then,
  • the body’s innate intelligence creates a somatic marker from the body’s responses to that obstacle.
  • The unexpended portion of the desire-energy needs to be stored somewhere in the body’s tissue, and then
  • New energy is created to fuel your protests against the obstacles.
  • If you don’t fully release that new energy by protesting loudly or silently, then
  • Your innate intelligence also stores this protest energy somewhere in the body.
  • You thus carry the accumulated somatic markers plus stored energy deposits of all your unfulfilled desires, large and small, and thousands of not-fully-discharged resistances to all your obstacles.
  • The result is a partial paralysis of your mind and body, physically expressed by a build-up of tension in your muscles, resulting in a sagging skin and stiff joints.
