Surrender Judgement

Continuation of Exercise:

  1. Focus your attention on something or someone and notice any reaction, mentally or physically.
  2. If you sometimes experience no response at all when viewing an object or subject, continue with 24.
  3. Observe those objects or subjects that still lead to a reaction.
  4. Perform the c2C exhortation on them till there is no more response at all.
  5. Feel the meaning of: surrender all judgment!

 

Before sharing your results with the work/play shop facilitator, have the answers to the following questions:

1. What was my intention?
2. What did I actually do?
3. What actually happened?
