CB+T Exercises

Main Objective: To acquire the Art of accelerating the body’s natural healing process by adding a higher vibratory energy flow to the tender or painful area.

  • Perform each of the exercises as a Giver and as a Receiver of the Conscious Breathing + Touch (CB+T) exercise.
  • Practice the c2C each time an unpleasant sensation is felt by Giver or Receiver.
  • As a Receiver, share changes in your physical sensations with each Giver.
  • As a Receiver, sign off on the Giver’s checklist. Then check your R circle.
  • As a Giver, ask each Receiver to sign off on your checklist. Check your G circle.
