Flight, Fight, Freeze?
Neurofeedback EEG research over the past 40 years has found that when the focus of someone’s Attention is very narrow, the feedback from the object observed can cause the brain to function in the fight, flight, or freeze mode.
This resulted in tense muscles, leading to oxygen deprivation in muscle cells everywhere, but especially in the forehead, face, and neck. It led to repression and chronic avoidance of pain, which causes an immense drain of life-force energy.
Dissolving those pains and trauma, will release tension, increase blood flow, and affect changes in the autonomous nervous system as well. This frees up energy for other things and allows for a more balanced being in the world.
