The Back & Bounce Butt Ball ?

The importance of ‘stability ball’ training to core strength cannot be underestimated. Core strength refers to the muscles of the abs and back and their ability to help produce movement, balance the body, stabilize the spine and hold the body in a safe, neutral position.

They are the muscles that run through our trunks, from the top of our legs to the middle of our chests. They also include the obliques and the pelvic floor muscles, that connect the pelvis to the spine and holds it in position. They take most of the load off the vertebrae in joints. Without them our middle would be like a jellyfish.

They are completely undeveloped in 99.9% of people today. Engaging our core muscles kicks in the para-sympathetic nervous system, which calms anxiety. It reduces undesirable “head forward” posture, and the risk of a herniated disc. It brings abdominal & lumbar activity into a better balance.

Back & Bounce Butt Ball chairs provide a healthier ergonomic option than the so-called ergonomic chairs. Each sway, tilt, turn, or bounce on a ‘dynamic’ seat instead of another chair relieves spinal compression and enhances movement, allowing for normal fluid diffusion and hydration inbetween the discs.

The result is improved posture, balance, circulation, core strength and productivity. As the body adjusts to the subtle bounce, sway and tilt of the ball, deep core muscles are engaged. These constant small adjustments build endurance and strength of the postural muscles. You may want to read this Fitness Ball Survey Report.pdf

Your muscles need time to get used to sitting on a ball. The ball can also be used to improve overall fitness, and the heart rate, by occasionally bouncing to Salsa music!!

Normally, super-small wormholes are highly unstable and are maintained only for the tiniest fractions of a second. Under certain conditions stable wormholes can organize themselves, which then form distinctive vacuum domains in which for example, gravity can transform into electricity. Vacuum domains are self-radiant balls of ionized gas that contain immense amounts of energy, able…
