Attention Immersion

In the aboriginal approach to healing, the medicine (wo)man calls for the spirit to return to the body. With the c2C you initiate your own healing by re-integrating fragmented portions of your essential self. In order to accomplish this task you need a strong desire to become whole again.

Healing will take place as formerly frozen elements of your experience in the form of symptoms are released from their tasks, enabling you to gradually thaw, become evermore relaxed & peaceful, and thus more fluid and functional.

Cultures that use a ritual to heal trauma may seem primitive and superstitions, but they have one important advantage: they address the problem directly. The incomplete responses now frozen in our nervous system are like indestructible time bombs, primed to go off when triggered by an event.

We can detonate these bombs by immersing Attention, which is a physical experience. It is a bodily awareness of a situation or someone or events. It is the body-brain response to the external input of all our senses combined. It is a sensation of intimate acquaintance.
