About your Minerals

Like other plants and animals, we humans rely on organic and inorganic nutrients to support our cellular processes and the structural components that keep us alive.

Minerals are essential for our health and must be obtained from food, as the human body cannot produce them. Plants have been a major dietary source of minerals. Since modern farming practices have depleted the topsoil of nutrients, plants are not a sufficient source of minerals anymore.

Each mineral plays a unique role in the body and each is essential to the proper physiological execution and regulation of numerous biochemical processes.

Processes such as muscle contraction, nerve conduction, hormone regulation, cellular energy metabolism, protein synthesis, and immune system function are all supported by minerals.

Minerals are found in all our bodily tissues and fluids and they mostly act as integral components of enzymes. Calcium is critical for bone development and maintenance. A deficiency leads to osteoporosis and an increased risk of fracture.

Minerals can be divided into two groups:

  1. Macro minerals: are present in the body in relatively large quantities. They include potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
  2. Trace minerals: are required in micro- to milligrams. They include zinc, selenium, chromium, copper, iron, iodine, vanadium, manganese, silicon, and molybdenum.

Sodium bicarbonate is a chemical compound with the formula NaHCO3. It is a white crystalline solid that mostly appears as a fine powder. It has a somewhat salty, alkaline taste, like washing soda (sodium carbonate). The natural mineral form is a component of the mineral natron, called nahcolite. It is found dissolved in many mineral springs….

  • Pathogens

We have to deal with 3 kinds of pathogens: Viruses, Bacteria, and Fungus, Molds, and Yeasts. Elemental colloids, essential fatty oils and acids, lauric acids, herbs, and enzymes can kill these pathogens. Bio-resonance, Biontology, and Blue light may remove them, too. Pathogens are often the physiological expression of our P-C’s. In order to successfully eliminate…

  • Wrong Questions?

Researchers never observe nature itself but nature exposed to their method of questioning. The question: “what is wrong with the brain?”, comes from a biased viewpoint. Physicians believe something is wrong and they need to fix it. Believing that the central nervous system is genetically and chemically flawed is just a point of view, not…

  • Star creation

If the right conditions are met, it takes tens of millions of years for the cosmos to form a star. The formation process of a star involves a prodigious transformation: tenuous and very cold material, -263°C, transforms into an incandescent fireball, with temperatures up to millions of degrees inside. Meanwhile, its density will increase exponentially….

  • About Trace Minerals

Most important Trace Minerals Zinc: Zinc is involved in the synthesis and stabilization of proteins, DNA and RNA, as well as in playing a structural role in membranes. Zinc also helps regulate gene transcription and is needed for sperm production and fetal growth. A mild deficiency could lead to diabetes, AIDS, inflammatory bowel disease, alcoholism,…

  • Energetic Level

The energetic level of the body consists of the aura, chakras, and meridians. They are invisible to the eyes, but were scientifically documented with Kirlian photography. The aura is an energy field that surrounds the body. There are many chakras permeating our body. Chakras are vortices that animate the body with energy, especially the endocrine…
