Those living in the social strata in between, have very little appreciation for this world, and fear it, because they cannot control it. Thus, its existence within them is denied.
Our Attention can bring this inner darkness into the light. Then, it can teach us its deepest secrets and make us realize the very vital role it plays in our day to day living.
That integral and undeniable part of us can then come into our conscious awareness, and peacefully be integrated.
Is this the ultimate goal of our existence?
In order to change these Paincatchers’ polarity from Pain to Joy, we need to learn to remove all judgment and negative opinion, and experience it as a vital force within us.
