Most Effective Techniques

Which techniques will be most effective?

Since techniques based on brute physical force won’t do it, are the most efficient techniques then the ones that either disable an opponent or afford a quick escape? The so called flight, fight, or freeze mechanism of our reptilian brain?

It would make sense that those be the parameters within which we want these techniques to operate.

Or are there specific martial arts forms that offer a 4th and better alternative?

Should we discover on our own which principles of body use will allow us to use our minds and bodies most efficiently?

Answers to these questions can be found in some of today’s martial art schools.
