Blur Reading

What It Is:

Hold a magazine upside down there where it is very blurred. Slowly run your gaze around the words and the letters.

What It Does:

Blur Reading can improve your eyes working together.

How To Do It:

  1. Place a magazine upside down at a distance where it is extremely blurred. When nearsighted, keep it far away. If you’re farsighted or presbyopic, let it almost touch the tip of your nose.
  2. Look at any word, and slowly run your gaze around it. Make sure you see a single image.
  3. If you can see any letters, slowly run your gaze around them, following their exact outline.
  4. Repeat the procedure with other words.
