About Gout
Cell replacement makes ‘old’ cells to release purines (DNA’s core elements), which then break down in uric acid. These acids are then excreted in the urine by the kidneys.

An overproduction of uric acids will lead to the formation of tiny, shard-like crystals. The body then reacts by producing white blood cells to counter the intruder. This in turn causes inflammation, swelling, and severe pain. This is called Gout.
Over time, these crystals may form small, hard lumps called tophi in the soft tissue of the ears, hands, feet, big toes, cartilage, joints, tendons, etc. They can also damage the kidneys. The affected joints begin to ache, then become swollen, red, hot, and extremely painful. The skin of the affected area can appear a shiny red or purple.
Uric acid crystals cut into the sacks that cushion all joints, thus releasing synovial fluid into the blood. Blood readings could so be misdiagnosed as Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Tophaceous-gout
Tophaceous gout is a deposit of urate crystals surrounded by giant cells. They produce irregular swellings, in the forearms, the ears, and Achilles tendon. Tophi often cause progressive stiffness and persistent aching of the affected joint. In the upper extremities, they may cause nerve compressions. In the lower extremities they may cause severe deformity.
Pseudo-gout
Pseudo gout is caused by an accumulation of calcium crystals in the cartilage or joints, and pyro-phosphate crystals in the joints. Dislodged crystals can result in inflammation, and may cause long-term damage and pain.
It mostly strikes the knees, wrists and ankles. It is usually NOT triggered by a diet, but by trauma/stress, often expressed by your paincatchers and aspects of your DD, as impatience, anger, and the need for dominance.
